The pictures downloaded in the wrong order ....This is actually how I ended my evening. I'm working on a couple of vintage kitchen towels. They are turning out really cute!
I took a little walk around the back yard, me and my camera, and found this little spider on the bougainvillea pot. She really is a smart one, as her web is spun in the path of an ant trail. Shes really quite pretty, her little butt stripes are more yellow.
Daddy has revived the bougainvillea plant quite nicely. Some things were over looked these last few months, and I'm glad we're getting on top of things again.
The pineapple mint is taking off, the spearmint is working hard to catch up.
My Italian herb garden is doing well The basil was feeding not only us, but until last night, an entire family of little green wigglies that are no more. I'd would like to say that I politely asked them to move their households on to other greenery, and they complied. but No.... It took me about 1/2 hour to sit and pick all the little buggers off.
Our tomatoes are not as plentiful as last year but , they are pretty little things.
And a handful is enough for a snack while waiting for dinner!!!
We have gotten about 7 or 8 peaches. The birds got quite a few. These were sweet and juicy.
Daddy BBQ'd ribs using hickory chips, and boy oh boy were they GOOD!!!!
